Conversation at 8:30 p.m. with Lynn Huntsinger, chair of the Division of Society and Environment at the University of California-Berkeley; Nicolette Hahn Niman and Bill Niman of Niman Ranch Inc; John Wick, co-founder of the Marin Carbon Project, Thermopile Project, and Carbon Cycle Institute; Maura Fisher, a fifth generation rancher; Gareth, who works for BN Ranch and also runs cattle in the East Bay hills; and Graham Meriwether, director of American Meat.

Discussion will be moderated by Novella Carpenter, author of the best-selling memoir, Farm City.
